Habitat Choptank’s Women Build House. With a growing interest in Women Build locally, Habitat Choptank is undertaking a Women Build House. Following groundbreaking in May 2016 through January 2017, an additional house, located at 59 Pleasant Alley in Easton, is being added to the annual construction schedule with the support of women construction volunteers and women donors. The total fundraising goal for the project is $96,000. Volunteer. Donate. Get Involved.
Be sure to check out the Sept 2016 Newsletter which contains the latest information on this exciting project.
Host a House Raising PartyThe Women Build Committee is looking for hostesses for House Raising Parties as a way to create small networks of women through which to raise awareness, raise volunteers and raise funds for the Women Build House. If you are interested in hosting a party or learning more, please contact Emily Lynn, Development Officer, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 410-476-3204.
